Be it sun tan, blackheads, pimples, dark circles everything has a home-made solution! Rush to your kitchen and bid them a goodbye!
Here are few:
Lemon and turmeric face Pack: Turmeric often referred to as the holy powder is known for its amazing medicinal properties. It adds glow to the face and reduces pigmentation and sun tan.
To prepare the mask, take about a pinch of turmeric and a few drops of lemon. Apply on face and let it dry. Wash off with cold water.
Papaya And Honey: The next time you shop for papaya and after enjoying it, don’t throw away the skin. Rub it on your face and leave for a few minutes till it dries and then wash with cold water. Papaya has helpful enzymes that helps remove tan and brightens up the skin. It also reduces blemishes and exfoliates the skin.
To prepare a mask, you can also add a few drops of honey known to moisturize and soften the skin.
Tomato Yogurt Mask :Mix some tomato pulp with yogurt and apply on your face. Leave it till it dries and then wash with cold water.
Tomato has bleaching properties and hence helps reducing tan. Moreover it also reduces oiliness of the skin. Yogurt helps in moisturizing ad nourishing the skin.
Aloe Vera : A plant, lying there aloof in one of your pots at home can do wonders to get rid of skin blemishes. Cut it sideways such that the thorny portion is removed and then slice it.Apply the sticky part on face. But make sure you don’t step out in sun wearing the Aloe mask as it can tan your face.
Almond Oil : Almond Oil is very beneficial for the skin around your eyes. Regular use of almond oil reduces and lightens the appearance of dark circle under your eyes. Before going to bed apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage. Leave it overnight and then wash it off with cold water.
Cucumbers : Cucumbers taste not only good as salads but have skin lightening property and can help you get rid of dark circles. Slice the cucumber into thin slices and chill them in refrigrators.Put the slices on affected areas for about 10 minutes and wash off with cold water.
Ice : Ice can help your skin become pimple free. Simply apply ice cubes or crushes ice on affected areas and get rid of pimples.
Lemon: The Vitamin C present in lemon helps remove dark circles from the eyes. Squeeze a little bit of lemon and dip cotton inside it and apply around your eyes. Leave it for 10 minutes and rinse off.
Above all, drink lots and lots of water, have sufficient sleep ,eat healthy and avoid stepping out in sun or take necessary precautions to avoid all the above mentioned problems.
